Finally! The count-down begins. Leeds Indie Food Festival is back. It’s set to return to Leeds between the 10th and 28th May, and you’ll have to get your hands on some tickets whilst you still can if you’re wanting to be there. Below we have listed some of the events we’re most looking forward to…

Veg North
Leeds Indie Food have teamed up with North Brewing Co. to dedicate a day of the event to vegetarians! Many of Leeds best places will be there including Laynes Espresso, Pizza Loco and The Allotment.

Pizza and Prosecco Festival
The one we’ve all been waiting for. Celebrating pizza and prosecco in the same place- at Water Lane Boathouse. Enjoy a feast of pizzas finished off with sparkling wines and a choice of proseccos supplied by Latitude Wine and Liquor Merchant.

The Reliance cooks the books
Three cook books, one weekend. The Reliance are hosting an event which will feature dishes from classic cookbooks that are dedicated to meat, fish/seafood and vegetarian dishes.

Dessert Dine out with Noisette Bakehouse
Using ingredients from far and wide, this event will bring you the likes of a series of dessert courses paired with drinks (alcoholic/non-alcoholic).

Real Junk Food Emporium: Fine Dining
As described by Leeds Indie Food Fest themselves, this event “celebrates the hidden beauty of the unused”. Chefs from various restaurants will come together to cook with undervalued and discarded food to create an inspiring menu.
