Nelson Mandela Gardens
In Millennium Square, you can find the serene Mandela Gardens. In 2001, Nelson Mandela came to Leeds to address the city and thank them for the garden which is in his name. 5,000 people came to see him! This is a great area for a spot of lunch or just to relax in the garden of a great man.
Cosy club is a vibrant bar and restaurant that offers an extravagant menu. You can enjoy some fantastic dishes from different cultures, including the Moroccan Tabbouleh or the Tandoori Chicken Burger.
The wardrobe is one of the longest established independent venues in the city and has welcomed the likes of Amy Winehouse. The restaurant and bar hosts live gigs and is a great venue for its relaxing jazz music and great vibes.
The Domino Club
The Domino Club is a secret Jazz bar hidden behind a barbers. The venue is reminiscent of a 1930’s American speakeasy and is a very cool venue. There is also a live band performing every Friday and Saturday night. One not to miss!
