We’ve just launched a brand new development with Rushbond consisting of four new one and two bedroomed apartments. From its high specification and carefully considered design, this development is part of a prime city centre location. We thought it would be a great opportunity to highlight some of the vibrant and stylish places that are close by.

Taking you on a journey from our office in the city centre, we’d like to guide you past our favourite bars, restaurants and well-known monuments and places around Leeds.

Built in the 17th century, this building is located on The Headrow and is one of Leeds’ most iconic establishments. Filled with the very best drama, comedy, music, spoken word and dance, this place is worth taking a visit.

Great George Street hosts a range of independent places including, coffee bars, deli’s, salons and restaurants, with many other chain restaurants and bars just a few minutes away. Some of our favourites include Fettle Café, Nom Deli, Union Coffee House and Veritas.

Great George Street overlooks the Leeds General Infirmary which is an impressive Grade I listed building with unique architecture and structures designed by Gilbert Scott.

And this is it! A work in progress, but an absolute unique opportunity in the centre of Leeds. This development has achieved the perfect balance of old and new, by restoring the building’s original personality and period elegance, and enhancing its appeal with the latest stylish and modern detailing.

Around the corner from the development is the well-known Millennium Square. Filled with restaurants, bars, a museum, a garden and a Grade II listed building. All Bar One, Be At One and Revolution are the stylish bars in the area and Almost Famous, Thai Edge and Souvlaki Greek Restaurant are the popular restaurants.

And just a short walk from the Millennium Square is Leeds First Direct Arena where you can catch all the latest music, comedy and shows.

Great George Street really is in the heart of the city, with easy access to what Leeds has to offer, you’ll find shopping, dining, culture and entertainment all within a few minutes’ walk.
